Is your app secure?

We follow the best security practices in the industry. We use end-to-end encryption and numerous other measures to ensure that your private data is secure and only you have access to it.  

How do you protect my credit/debit card information?

We never receive your credit/debit card information, as we leverage software provided by Braintree, a PayPal company, and a leading payment service provider. We currently offer donation processing through Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal; all of these platforms are highly secure and widely trusted. 

When and how does a nonprofit receive the fundraising proceeds?

We wait up to 7 business days for all the donation transactions to settle after a campaign ends. We then mail the proceeds as a check to the nonprofit’s official mailing address (the one registered with the IRS). 

Who can run fundraising campaigns on the SacreServ app?

Only nonprofits registered with the IRS can activate their profile on SacreServ. We provide a step by step registration process for the nonprofit organizers to help with this activation.  

Do you have a web app?

No, we currently only offer a mobile app, which is available for both iOS and Android. We have plans to roll out a web app in the near future. 

How do you provide support to your customers?

We strive hard to ensure that our platform and app function well and are easy to follow. We respond to customer’s concerns through email and can also provide assistance and support over phone or video chat platforms.
