Il Berne Financial Services Agreement (BFSA) segna una tappa significativa nei rapporti tra Svizzera e Regno Unito, creando un quadro di cooperazione che amplia l\u2019accesso ai mercati finanziari e apre spazi concreti per lo sviluppo di servizi transfrontalieri.<\/p>\n

Il nuovo accordo rappresenta un caso senza precedenti nel panorama europeo: \u00e8 il primo accordo bilaterale in ambito finanziario basato su l\u2019equivalenza reciproca e non su un semplice riconoscimento unilaterale.<\/p>\n

Lo scopo dell\u2019evento \u00e8 quello di presentare gli effetti pratici derivanti dall\u2019accordo nell\u2019ambito della fornitura di servizi bancari e finanziari dalla Svizzera verso il Regno Unito. Verranno approfonditi i punti essenziali in questi ambiti sia per i punti coperti dall\u2019accordo, sia per gli aspetti in esso non trattati. L\u2019obiettivo \u00e8 quello di fornite ai partecipanti una visione pragmatica della situazione che si creer\u00e0 una volta entrato in vigore, presumibilmente, a gennaio 2026.<\/p>\n

La conferenza \u00e8 indirizzata a tutti i livelli dell\u2019organizzazione bancaria: dai team di front office e relazione clienti, ai responsabili sviluppo business, fino ai vertici strategici della banca, Direzione generale, Legal, Compliance e Regulatory Affairs.<\/p>\n

A former Director of the CAS in Compliance Management course and lecturer at the University of Geneva, he still teaches at HEG ARC in Neuch\u00e2tel, as well as on the CAS in Compliance Management course in Geneva and at the Centro Studi Villa Negroni in Lugano.
